Decor & Design Budget Management
We know that staying within budget is important, we have the proper management systems to keep you and your finances in line.
Design & Decor Package includes:
· Initial consultation (1 hour) to discuss individual needs for the special day.
· Unlimited access to Crystal Marie Events LLC’s décor inventory
· Pre-planning including:
1. Décor budget management.
2. Research décor vendors.
3. Attend vendor appointments.
· Up to three (3) site visits
1. Shopping for décor related items
2. Specialty Rental Items
3. Floor plan Creation
· Transportation of event décor items
· Assist vendors with additional event set-up during the day of the event.
· Unlimited décor options from Crystal Marie Events LLC’s inventory.
· Set-up and break-down of event décor.
· Unlimited consultation with the client(s) via phone, text and email relating to the event.
· Consultation with the client(s) two (2) weeks prior from event date to put final elements in place.
