Q: WHAT TYPES OF WEDDINGS DO YOU ACCOMMODATE?

A: We love to travel! Our signature service is Destination Wedding Planning and Cannabis Infused Weddings. We’re also like style chameleons, meaning we adapt to whatever style you love. We also have experience in cultural African weddings as well.

Q: Who Do you work bEST with?

A: My clients are SUPER busy. I work best with couples and clients who don’t have the time or resources to make their vision come to life. They have seen my “street cred” and know that I have the skills, experience and connections to turn their event into an experience. Once you hire me, it’s GO TIME! I love individuals who are all about the details and understand that a CME event is not a Party City Event.


Q: WHAT ARE YOUR FEES FOR WEDDING PLANNING, EVENT PLANNING, OR DESIGN AND DECOR?

A: At Crystal Marie Events, we understand that you’re unique. Every client has different tastes, styles, preferences, and budgets. Before we quote you, we want to find out exactly what you’re looking for—this is good news! Our starting prices are listed on our website under the type of services you are interested in, that way you have an idea of my pricing and services. You are able to book a consultation immediately and get started in the planning process (a consultation is required) .

Q: Who Do you NOT work bEST with?

A: Just how you are vetting me to see if I am the right planner for you, I am vetting you to see if you are my ideal client. With that being said, if you have a hard time relinquishing control, asking vendors for large discounts, DIYing everything in order to save money, and/or it’s REALLY hard for you to make a decision, Crystal Marie Events is not the event planning company for you.


Q: We know you create destination weddings, but DO YOU Travel for other events, such as corporate and other events.

A: Again, We LOVE to travel so there is no limit to where we will go. We’re headquartered in Detroit, Michigan and the DC/Maryland/Northern Virginia are, but we’ll go where you go—whether that’s nationwide or internationally. Let’s travel together!


Q: I KNOW EXACTLY WHAT I WANT AND HOW I WANT IT. WILL YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WORKING CLOSELY WITH ME?

A: We work closely with all of our clients around the details surrounding their weddings and events. We also know that our clients are very busy and time is of the essence so we provide thorough feedback and status updates, and are passionate about meeting all of your expectations. We plan events fit for divas and dapper dudes—they are VIP experiences, after all.
