Creative direction for special wedding touches (guests’ favors, bridal party gifts, parents’ gifts)
Art direction and placement for wedding reception table numbers and place cards

· Provide an event schedule that coordinates every detail with the venue, wedding professionals, vendors and wedding party.
· Coordinate and direct your vendors (we create a vendor logistics schedule to insure correct arrival and departure of all vendors).

· Contact and confirm all vendor services three (3) months prior from wedding date.
· Consultation with the client(s) two (2) weeks prior from wedding date to put final elements in place.

· Complete set-up of wedding ceremony and reception the day before the wedding.
· Complete breakdown of the wedding ceremony and reception.
· Coordination of your wedding reception through the grand entrance or continuance through the dinner and dances.
· Distribute boutonnieres, bouquets and other necessities to wedding party and help eliminate last minute accidents.
· Organize the wedding party to make sure everyone gets down the aisle on time.
· Set-up of ceremony and reception materials.
· Confirm floor plan and room set up with the venue.
· Assist guests with finding their table/seat at reception.
· Assist with items such as lighting and timing for grand entrance, bridal dances, and coordination with DJ/band/MC to ensure everything runs smoothly.
· Distribute final payment and gratuity (tips) to vendors (envelopes provided by clients).
