Pre-planning including:
i. Venue/Resort/Location Research and Selection
ii. Complete budget management.
iii. Research for wedding related items.
iv. Schedule meetings via phone and email with the resort wedding concierge about wedding package related items such as:
1. Catering
2. Floral
3. Linen
5. Cake/Desserts
6. Photography
7. Videography
8. Décor and Design
9. Other specialty event rentals (cigar bar, etc.)
v. Review of vendor and venue contracts.
vi. Travel Agent Services
1. Room Booking
2. Airfare Research
3. Transportation/Transfers to resort/Venue
1. Assemble, label and mailing of save the dates
2. Creation of wedding ceremony and reception floor plan.
Provide an event schedule that coordinates every detail with the venue, wedding professionals, vendors and wedding party.
Coordinate and direct your vendors (we create a vendor logistics schedule to insure correct arrival and departure of all vendors).
Provide a logistics schedule that coordinates every detail with the venue, wedding vendors and wedding party.
Coordinate and direct vendors on the day of the wedding (we create a vendor schedule to insure correct arrival and departure of all vendors).
Contact and confirm all vendor services three (3) months prior from wedding date.
Consultation with the client(s) and resort/venue two (2) weeks prior from wedding date to put final elements in place.
